Step Inn Myeongdong 1 - Seoul

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was right in the heart of the bustling shopping district, making it easy for us to explore and find places to eat. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff. The convenience of having a mini washing machine in the room was a huge plus. It made it so much easier for us to do some quick laundry without having to find a laundromat.

The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was lacking. We had some questions about the room, but the staff's response was not very clear or helpful.

great stay, exceeded expectations. Prime location in Myeongdong. Clean room, comfy beds, nice bathroom, complete amenities. Polite staff. Loved the free washing machine. Even provided key at front desk for late arrival. Very pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth the stay!

Had an amazing Christmas stay here! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling night market area. Close to the train stations and within walking distance of the famous Namsan Tower. the staff were so kind and helpful, allowing us to check-in early and providing clear directions. Loved that they had washing machines available, making it so convenient to do laundry during our stay.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, with limited space to pack our luggage together. considering the prime location, it was understandable.

The rooms were quite small, and it was difficult to fully open our luggage. the beds were not very comfortable, and there was some noise at night from the reception and lounge area.

Staff is accommodating and friendly, providing helpful tips and even surprising us with a bottle of makkoli. Would definitely stay here again.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the helpful staff who spoke English and Mandarin. They replied quickly to our emails and even provided us with detailed directions to the hostel. I also loved that they arranged a brighter room for us with a big window and a great view. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist attraction, making it convenient for shopping, eating. And to top it off, the free breakfast served every morning was a nice bonus.

The location was mind-blowing!! It's super close to subway stations and the airport bus stop. Along a shopping street, with lots of restaurants. The staff were jaw-droppingly pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. The shared kitchen was a great amenity, and the lift made it convenient. The 24-hour reception and luggage storage were very helpful. a super satisfying stay!
